Donna Knight is Founder, CEO and President of Shades of Elegance, Inc. Donna Knight has a Bachelors of Science in Health Information Managmenet from the University of Mississippi and a Masters in Public Health from Jackson State University. Mrs. Knight and her husband Lee Knight have three children Lakelynn, Mason and Ethan and she most enjoys spending time with her family. Donna's purpose is to teach and bring an abundance of elegance and grace to young women through education and example.
Tamico Spann is Co-Founder and Executive Director. Tamico Spann attended Blue Mountain College where she studied Psychology. Mrs. Spann has over 10 years experience in Restaurant Management. Tamico is married to Maurice Spann andn is employed with American Income Life Insurance Agency. Mrs. Spann most enjoys drawing, shopping and spending time with family.
Latoya Jackson is Co-Founder and Executive Director. Ms. Jackson has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Mississippi Valley State University, a Bachelors of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Mississippi and a Masters in Health Science from the University of Mississippi. Ms. Jackson is currently employed with Centurion, LLC at the Mississippi State Penitentiary where she is Director of Health Information. Ms. Jackson exemplifies the true eccense of sisterhood in her everyday life and is a teacher and nuturer by nature. Latoya is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Latoya most enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
