Beauty and Scholarship Pageant

Shades of Elegance pageants are designed to celebrate our young women by exposing them to the charismatic and glamorous experience that pageants provide. Pageants have a way of building self esteem and teaching poise and deportment. The mere virtue of a woman can oftentimes be characterized through her poise. This is a pageant with a purpose. We want to give every young woman the opportunity to become a pageant queen. Shades of Elegance provides workshops for the pageant contestants and these workshops are designed to teach and build self-esteem while preparing you for the pageant competition. We encourage the young women to really get to know themselves and to set goals for their future. We also choose a pageant platform for each contestant that fits their personality and persona. The platform gives the contestant an image to uphold throughout the pageant competition and a goal to work on as she matures into womanhood.
